The event hall follows an advance payment policy. They charge 50% of the booking amount in advance to reserve the place. The remaining 50% must be paid on the wedding day.

The venue has in-house decorators and does not entertain outside decorators. Their in-house decorators are friendly, understand the venue design and customize the decor as per your requirement.
They have in-house caterers and also allow outside caterers. In-house caterers provide South-Indian cuisine only. If you want multi-cuisine dining, it is better to book outside caterers. Also, non-vegetarian food is not allowed at the venue.
