Capacity: The premium wedding venue has five spacious event spaces to accommodate a floating crowd of 4,000 guests. It is well suited for medium to large-sized gatherings.
Event Spaces at N Convention:
Accommodation facilities: It has 2 air-conditioned changing rooms for the bride and the groom. They have no lodging facilities. You’ll have to look for hotels near the venue to accommodate your guests.
Catering facilities: The premium venue has in-house caterers who can cook a variety of delicious Asian cuisines. It offers a full-fledged kitchen and allows both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
Parking facilities: It has ample parking space to accommodate over 400 vehicles with ease. The venue also offers valet parking to minimise any hassle for your guests.
Other facilities:
It follows a 50% advance policy. Your booking is confirmed only after you make the advance payment, and the remaining amount needs to be paid 15 days prior to the event. The advance is non-refundable and can be adjusted for bookings within three months.

The premium venue has a flexible decor policy. You can choose from their panel of in-house decorators or book an external vendor of your choice.
The venue has a strict catering policy. They do not allow outside caterers. You have to choose the cuisine and menu provided by the in-house caterers, which is included in your booking package. They allow non-vegetarian food.
The in-house caterers cook delicious delicacies from a variety of Asian cuisines.
The venue has no restrictions on alcoholic beverages. While the venue doesn’t provide alcohol, you are free to bring outside alcohol with prior permission.
Late-night music is not allowed at this venue. The venue closes at 11 p.m. and doesn’t allow any events afterwards.

N Convention has different policies for external vendors. It allows you to book external vendors for decorations, wedding planning and other events. However, for caterers, the venue has an in-house policy. They do not allow external vendors.

No, overnight marriages are not allowed at the N Convention. They have a strict no-night policy. You can only book the venue from 11 AM to 11 PM. They do not allow any events after 11 p.m.
